Carmen Bews

Carmen joined our compliance team in 2025 as Compliance Manager and has achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning as well as CeMAP. Carmen brings 25 years' experience in financial services across various roles including Financial Advisor, Paraplanner, regulated complaints with the previous 5 plus years in a compliance consultancy. Carmen has a deep understanding of client needs as well as financial regulation and is passionate about fostering a culture of ethical practice and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Carmen is often found with her husband travelling the country as their son is in the Manchester Storm ice hockey academy. Carmen enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as being a keen traveller.
